Visia d.o.o. (later on referred to as the provider) is managing the online store.
Procedure of purchase
With registration in online store visitor obtains a username, which is the same as his/her email adress and a password.
Customer first submits an order. After submitting, customer recieves a notification about the submitted order in his/her inbox. A contract between the provider and a customer is concluded in that moment.
In case that a buyer selects payment in advance method, no products will be shipped until the provider receives full payment.
The provider sends a receipt with the shipment. The buyer is obligated to check the accuracy of the information on the receipt and inform the provider about any mistakes in eight days after the delievery was recieved.
Methods of payment
The provider provides these methods of payment:
- payment in advance,
- cash on delivery.
Complaints and conflicts
Complaints are accepted on our email. Procedure of complaint is confidential. The provider strives for compromising solutions.
